Hola chicas les deceo lo mejor en este anio, que todas sus metas y resoluciones se cumplan y especialmente sea un anio lleno de amor y salud. Despues de haberme tomado unas largas vacasiones del scrap espero empezar el anio con proyectos nuevos y volverlos a compartir con ustedes y por su puesto inspirarme en sus bellos trabajos, ideas y tutoriales =)
Happy New Year girls, I wish you the best and a new year full of love and health....after taking a long break from scrap I'm back to start the year sharing new projects with you and of course to learn and get inspirated from you too =)

LA BODA (THE WEDDING)

Hola chicas como estan? disfrutando del verano caliente? eso espero =) yo ultimamente no he posteado abolutamente nada de scrap ya que he estado super ocupada y enrealidad no he hecho mucho por no decir nada =( ......lo que me tenia muy ocupada fue la boda de una amiga a quien estube ayudando y el post de hoy es para compartirles un poquito de las cosas que hicimos.
Hey girls, how is your summer until now? hope you're enjoying it =) I haven't post nothing lately, that's because I been so busy and to tell you the true I haven't scrap at all =( . One of the things that kept me busy was helping a friend plan her wedding and this post today is about that and the things we did.

EL SALON (THE ROOM)
Primero que nada estabamos trabajando con un presupuesto bien pequenio y el salon para la boda era super que sencillo y ademas la ceremonia y la fiesta fue en el mismo lugar asi que se tubieron que hacer unos cuantos milagritos ja ja ja pero todo salio muy bien por suerte =)
Mi amiga escojio el color rojo para su boda asi que como ven en las fotos hay toquecitos de ese color por todas partes. Decidimos arreglar el salon en la maniana (con mucha ayuda por suerte) la parte central del salon donde estaba la pista de baile lo usamos para la ceremonia, dejamos listo todo el arco donde se casaron (armado y decorado por nosotras) la mesa para el juez y las sillas para los invitados {Despues de la ceremonia quitaron todas las sillas y quedo la pista lista para el baile}.
First of all I have to tell you that we were working with a really small budget and the room was pretty simple and in top of that the ceremony and party were in the same room so we had to made some miracles ha ha ha but everything turn out great =)
My friend choose the color red , so as you can see in the pics there is red here and there. We did the room decor in the morning of the wedding (luckily lots of help) the middle of the room were the dance floor is , was used for the ceremony, put an arc were the bride and groom stand (put together and decorate by us) table for the judge and chairs for the guest { After the ceremony they put all the chairs away and the dance floor was empty}.

CENTROS DE MESA (CENTER PIECES)
Por eleccion de la novia las rosas blancas y rojas fueron las flores de la boda y despues de mucho buscar los mejores precios los encontramos en COSCO.com , nos llegaron las rosas a casa en unos paquetes grandes y con ayuda de Lily (cuniada de la novia) hicimos estos centros de mesa que la verdad me encanto el resultado. Aunque no se puede apreciar bien las velitas alrededor del centro de mesa las decoramos con la novia y se veian tan lindas en la noche ya prendidas =)
By the bride's choice the flowers were white and red roses and after a lot of research the best prices for roses were at COSCO.com , we got this huge boxes at home and with the help of Lily (bride's sister in law)made this centerpieces which I have to tell you, loveeee the way they come out. You can really appreciate in the pic but the candles around the centerpiece (decorate but the bride and I) look lovely later at the party.

MAS ROSAS (MORE ROSES)
Tambien hicimos varios de estos pequenios adornos florales para ponerlos en el bar, banios etc (esta era la mesa a la entrada del salon con el libro de invitados y los recuerdos para que los invitados los tomaran a lo que ya se iban.

Also made a few extras flower vases to put in the bar, bathrooms etc (this table was at the entrance to the room with some favor, guest book )

RECUERDITOS (FAVORS)

Me encantaron estas cajitas desde que las vi en el internet, luego encontramos los tuxido en las tiendas del dolar y las novias si tubimos que ordenarlas por internet. Punchamos muchas flores rojas con un minipunch y a los novios les agregamos una flor roja doblada en la mitad y a las novias una florcita en la mitad para que cordinen con el resto de cosas, las cajita las rellenamos con almendras cubiertas de chocolate blanco.

I love this favor boxes as soon as I saw them in the internet, luckily we found the tuxedos at the dollar store and the bride's dresses were order online . To cordinate with the theme we punch lots of red flowers with a mini punch and add a flower folded in half to the tux and one to the dress, the boxes were fill with white chocolete almonts.

EL RAMO THE NOVIA ( THE BRIDES BOUQUET)

Luego de venir de decorar el salon hice el ramo de novia y los botoncitos de rosa para el novio y el amigo(mi primer ramo de novia por cierto) que me tomo algo the tiempo y trabajo pero la verdad me gusto hacerlo y ademas creo que quedo muy bien y resistio toda la noche y cuando lo tiraron ja ja ja.

After decorating the room I got home and made the bride's bouquet and groom's and best man rose buttons (my first bouquet by the way) it took me a while and some work but I think it come out great and it last the whole night and even the toss of the bouquet LOL

Me hubiese gustado tomarle fotos a todas las cositas y detalles que hicimos pero estaba tan ocupada que olvide, pero espero les haya gustado lo que comparti con ustedes. Les dejo una foto con mi gran amiga la novia Patty quien lucia hermosa =)

EN OTRA NOTA MUY DIFERENTE

Mi blogger me esta dando muchos problemas.... NO se me queda en mi blog, tengo que entrar y poner mi correo y contrasenia cada q me cambio de pagina, NO me deja comentar, ni como anonimo ni nada. Ya limpie mis cookies que lei q podia ser el problema y NADA ...leo y leo al respecto y ninguna de las soluciones que dan me funcionan o solo funcionan por un rato =( es super fustrate

IIG CHALLENGE "SERENDIPITY" Baby fresh Layout

Hay Dios no puedo creer cuanto tiempo me desapareci del blog... es que el verano en si es super q ocupado para mi y se va tan rapido que hay que aprovecharlo al maximo.....agregale a eso que estoy ayudando a una amiga con los planes de su boda y tiempo para scrap ? zero.

Este mes en el blog IIG tenemos como reto hacer una pagina usando la tecnica de SERENDIPITY que consiste en usar muchos pedacitos de scrap o papel sobrante para hacer nuestro carton base y como saben a mi no me gustan las cosas asi y esto me di mucho trabajo y por mas q intente llenar mi backgroun de papelitos no pude asi q esto es lo que me salio y tu te animas a participar con nosotros he intentarlo?

OMG I haven't post in ages ...but summers are way busy for us and the are so short that we try to enjoy it every chance we can plus I'm helping a friend with her wedding planning so time for scrap? zero

This month at IIG the challenge is to make a page using the SERENDIPITY technique ( use lots of scrap as your background)as you know i don't like busy pages so trying to make this was really hard and this page is my best try at the challenge.... have about you? will you came and joing us at IIG blog and give it a try?

My little ANGEL layout for IIG Challenge

Otro mes mas y eso quiere decir un nuevo reto en el blog "If it's Groovy" y este mes es super divertido tienes que ir a Facebook y contestar un cuestionario para saber QUE COLOR ERES y con la respuesta hacer un layout monocromatico osea solamente del color que sea tu respuesta =)

Cuando hize el cuestinario mi respuesta salio que soy color BLANCO......hacer un layout blanco? yo ? imposible fue lo primero que pense y incluso pense volver a tomar el cuestionario a ver si me salia otro color mas alegre ja ja ja ...pero como buena ninia q soy me quede con el blanco y decidi hacer mi layout...empeze escojiendo la foto y esta de Mia Isabella en el dia de su primer cumpleanitos usando un vestido blanco me parecio perfecta....luego saque todas las cosas que tengo en blanco (papel, flores, cintas, adornos todoooooo) y que creen las ideas empezaron a caer por todas partes, esta pagina no solo que me resulto super facil, rapida sino que esta entre una de mis preferidas ya que me encanta como quedo =). A new month has began and what that means ? a new challenge at "If it's Groovy" and this month we have a super fun challenge...just go and answers this Facebook quiz about WHAT COLOR ARE YOU and with the answer create a monochromatic Layout.

I took the quiz and I got WHITE....do a white layout? me? no way to hard? I should take the quiz again maybe I get a fun color LOL That's what I thought , but I stick to white. First I choose Mia Isabella's photo of her first b-day just because she is wearing a white dress , then I took out all the white stuff I own (pp, flowers, embellishments) and guess what this page not only was super easy for me but really fast ideas just start to pour . Now this is one of my favorites pages, so go take the quiz and show us at IIG what color are you?

VESTIDO DE PAPEL

Hace ya mas de un mes en el foro de "Divas en Recycling" donde siempre estamos compartiendo cosas lindas que encontramos en el mundo del internet.... yo comparti con las chicas un vestidito de papel hermoso que a todas nos gusto y pensamos que deberiamos hacerlo asi que nos pusimos a buscar el template para hacerlo pero no lo encontramos =( asi que yo tratando he intentando lo saque y es asi como nacio este vestidito.....ahora si te gusta ve al foro y en el grupo "Tutoriales y crops online" lo encontraras, he puesto el tutorial y la plantilla para hacer el vestidito (y ademas si haces tu vestidito hasta el 15 de mayo entras en el sorteo de dos regalitos) tambien podras ver las versiones de varias chicas que ya se animaron a hacerlo y estan que dan envidia de lo lindas =)

At "Divas in Recycling" forum where we always share stuff that we found and like, last month or so I shared a beautiful paper dress and everyone liked and thought that we should make it, and we look look for a template but couldn't find it =( so I decided to try and make my own and that's the story of how I design this dress. Now if you like it go to the forum and at "Tutorials and crops online" you can find the template and also there is a challenge to make before may 15 to enter in the chance to win a couple of goodies)

Para darle enfacis a la cintura decidi ponerle una flor grande, la flor es de prima pero el resto lo corte con la mano y me encanto como quedron las florcitas que parecen estar en el aire.
I put a bi flower to help me define the waist , the blue flower is from prima but the rest I cut it by hand, I love the little flowers in the air.

Para cerrar la parte de atras use eyelets y cinta.
For the back I use eyelets and ribbon.

Ademas quiero agregar que este vestidito me gano un lindo premio ya que lo hize inspirados en los colores de esta foto que Virginia del blog "Mademoiselle Scrap" nos puso como reto =), GraciasVirginia

Also I want to share that this dress won me a prize ...I made it inspired by the colors on this pic thata Virgini from "Mademoiselle Scrap" blog put as a challenge, thanks Virginia.

Hola amigas que tal? un post super rapido para enseniarles esta tarjetita que hize inspirada en alguna que alguna vez vi en un blog pero ya no recuerdo ={ donde...aunque los colores uqe escoji como que no ayudaron mucho nose aun no me convence si me gusta o no? pero la hize llena de florcitas ya que ese es el reto de esta semana en TPV.

Almohadilla para regalitos (Pillow box)

Pense que ya les habia mostrado esto en mi blog...pero hoy que estaba revisando me di cuenta que no =(

Se trata de una almohadilla para poner regalitos que fue el tutorial que comparti con las chicas el mes pasado en el foro "Divas in Recycling" en el grupo de "tutoriales y crops online" pero la buena noticia es que si quieres hacerla y entrar en el sorteo de un regalito primaveral (tienes tiempo hasta el 21 de abril) puedes ir al foro donde puse la plantilla y el tutorial, es super facilito menos de 10 minutos y tienes un pillow box y ademas te invito a ver las versiones de las chicas que ya lo hicieron estan hermosas .

I thougth that I had post this already but nope....Is a pillow box can be use for little presents, chocolates, favor etc. I gave the tuorial on haow to make it at "Divas in Recycling" forum in the group "tutorial and crops online" ..... very easy to make =)

For my project I altered a frame using Jillibean Soup papers. I found this quote on line and I think I like it because it goes so well with my view on house cleaning =) I used my computer to write the quote and printed in clear vellum paper , I put a little house that I cut from one of the papers instead of the word house. And to decorated the frame a flower and a punch butterfly.

Para mi proyecto yo altere un cuadrito usando papeles de Jillibean soup. Me encontre esta frace en linea " Nuestra casa es lo suficiente limpia para estar saludables y lo suficiente sucia para ser FELICES" y creo que me gusto ya que va muy bien con la opinion de la limpieza de casa =). Use la computadora para escribir la frace, la imprimi en papel vellum transparente, puse una casita que corte de uno de los papeles en ves de la palabra casa y luego decore el marquito con una flor y mariposa.

Otro layout sobre mi con una foto de hace ya unos anios , para hacer esta pagina segui la plantilla de un blog de retos que acabo de encontrar "Sassy lil' Sketches" y este en especial me encanto ya que tiene mis adoradas maripositas =) y esta es mi interpretacion, super rosadita.

Another layout of myself with an old pic, for this layout I use a sketch from I challenge blog I just found "Sassy lil' Sketches" and I love this sketch it even has butterflies that i love =) here is my take on the sketch.

Una de mis tecnicas preferidas ultimamente encaje arrugadito y la mariposita es hecha a mano.
One of my favorites tecniques lately is ruffles as you can see and also a handmade butterfly.

Al fin se siente la primavera aca en NY a cruzar deditos para que el clima siga asi =) . Well I love the inspiration pic, I think is so fun and perfect for a kid birthday card and also I had a set of jungle animals stamps that I haven't play with and this give me the opportunity...I try to make as similar as posibble to the cake in the photo....how I did ?

Hola amigas hoy les quiero mostra una pagina que hice siguiendo la palntilla del reto de esta semana en TPV y como era un sketch genial no lo pude resistir y el resultado me gusto use una combinacion poco comun de colores pero resulto y los papeles son de Jillian Soup que me los gane hace tiempito en un reto de TPV.

Hey girls today I want to share a page I made following this week challenge sketch at TPV , a really awesome sketch and I couldn't resist it , I love the result is a weir color combo but it works..I use some paper from Jillian Soup that I won I while ago at TPV.

Lately I been seeing this rolling paper technique and I want it to try it =)

Igualmente con los banderines los he visto mucho ultimamente y recien los uso, facil y se ven genial.

Same thing with the banners I seen then everywhere and this sketch give me the chance to try it, easy and it looks great.

Yesterday I told you about this month challenge at " If it's Groovy" and here is my take o the challenge I hope inspired you to join us at IIG and participate =) The challenge is call "incredible kids" ( This month the prize is sponsor by Guylou's Digi stamps) and we have to do and LO and write a letter to an incredible kid in our lives I knew I have to do something about my kids ( the only incredible kids I really know he he he) but how do I choose???? they are both so incredible in their own way. First I decide to scrap a pic of my 2 kids together and went I got to the part of writing the letter I got stuck should I write two letters and put in one envelope? o half letter for Andy and half for Mia ? one for both? ahh!!! couldn't decided so my LO ended up sitting in my desk for a few day.... then I got a package in the mail of new photos from snapfish that I had order and while looking at the pics my eyes land in this 2 , one of Mia in her tutu and this other one of Andy with a nice comb hair and with the same background and immediately know this were the pics I want to scrap for this challenge.

I decided to start from zero and do almost 2 exactly LOs just in the feminine and masculine version. And I loveeeee what I did... I have never done this before and was very fun trying to match the 2 LOs just in different color.... I really think everyone should give it a try.

Ayer les conte sobre el reto de este mes en "If it's Groovy" y les quiero enseniar mi propuesta para este reto, espero les inspire a participar en IIG con nosotros =) El reto se llama "ninios increibles" (este mes el premio sera patrocinados por Guylou's Digi stamps) y tienes que hacer una pagina y escribirle una carta a algun ninio incleible en tu vida, inmediatamente supe que iba a hacer algo acerca de mis hijos (los unicos ninios que en realidad conozco y son increibles para mi) pero como escojia? los dos tienen sus qualidades tan unicas asi que primero decidi hacer una pagian con una foto de los 2 pero cuando llegue a la parte de escribir la carta me quede estancada , escribo una carta para los 2, mitad para Mia , mitad para Andy? 2 separadas en un sobre? Ahhh!! que indecision asi que deje mi pagina ahi por unos dias ....y saben que me llego un sobre de unas fotos que habia ordenado en snapfish y cuando las miraba mis ojos se cautivaron con estas 2 ...Mia bella en su tutu y Andy peinadito y guapo y las 2 con el mismo fondo...supe ahi que esas eran las fotos que queria scrapear para este reto.

Empeze nuevamente de cero y decidi hace 2 pagina casi identicas en la version femenina y masculina respectivamente y saben que ME ENCANTO nunca habia esto hecho esto antes y fue muy divertido tratar de combinar todo pero en diferente color...deberian tratarlo!!!

After I choose my base brown cardstock , I cut this shape frame and doddle around , used a punch for the stripe paper and add a little border . I decided to place both pictures over a yellow cardstock and place in the page with 3D dots so I can hide under the pic ,the letter ( if you haven't notice I like to hide mine journalings, I just picture my kids all grow up looking at their scrapbooks and finding this little journalings a cute things just for them , awww!!! ) So I made this big tag (which can be pull out from under the picture) and place the letter there . And that all , really happy with my pages :)

Despues que escoji mi base color cafe corte un marco en esta forma que no se como se llama y le hize doddle alrededor, use un troquelador para el papel de rayas y agrege un borde. decidi poner las 2 fotos sobre cartulina amarilla y egarla en 3D para si poder esconder mi carta debajo de las fotos ( si no se han dado cuenta me gusta esconder mis journalings, es que me imajina a mis ninios ya grandes mirando sus albunes y encontrando estas notitas solo para ellos...ohhhh) entonces hize un tag frande coloque la carta ahi y puede ser jalada de debajo de la foto. Eso es todo quede muy contenta con mis paginas :)

NO SEW TUTU TUTORIAL (Mia is wearing in the layout's pic)

TUTORIAL PARA UN TUTU SIN COSER (Mia lo esta usando en la foto del LO)

Supplies:

- 3 yards of satin ribbon ( total =waist + bow)

- 4 yards of tull or a roll of tull

- scissors

First: you have to cut lot and lots strips of tull of about 5" wide x 36" total long ( or the long you desire x 2)

Second: tie the satin ribbon to a paper towel (in a paper towel holder) and make a big bow

Third: fold the stip of tull in half and tie it to the ribbon like the following step by step picture

Materiales:

- 3 yardas de cinta de seda ( total = cintura mas lazo)
- 4 yardas de tulle o un rollo de tull
- tijeras
Primero: corta muchas y muchas tiras de tulle en mas o menos 5" de ancho por 36" de largo total (o el largo que quieras multiplicado x 2)
Segundo: amarra la cinta a un rollo de servilletas de papel (en su porta rollo) y haz un lazo grande
Tercero: dobla la tira por la mitad y empieza a amarrala en la cinta siguiendo las instruciones paso a paso de la foto a continuacion.

Fourth: Repit last step until you fill the ribbon

Cuarto: Repite este paso muchas veces hasta que llenes la cinta

And voila!!! a cute tutu

Y listo!!! un lindo tutu

Que tal como estan? verdad qu emuchas veces vemos en otraos blog o en el internet trabajos que nos inspiran mucho...pues yo hace poco encontre el blog "The Stampin' Soldier" de laura y ella hace unas tarjetas hermosas, creo que muy a mi estilo sencillas pero lindas =) y lo mejor que no le importa si se las copias asiq ue eso fue lo que hice scraplift esta tarjeta que les parece? lo que si como no tengo mucha experiencia cociendo papel en la maquina de coser o cosiendo en general pueden ver que el cosido esta super torcido ja ja ja ja...pero me gusta igual..............La mia la hice colorida y alegre porque es con mensaje de "recuperate pronto" ya que ese es el reto de esta semana en TPV.

Hey girls how you doing? sometimes we see other blog or in the Internet things that really inspired us, well not so long ago I found a blog that I'm loving is Laura's blog "The Stampin' Soldier" she made some gorgeous cards, well very much my taste simple but beautiful and the best part she doesn't mind if you scrap lift her work...and that's what I did.......what do you think? besides the terrible sewing machine stitching (I don't really have experience sewing paper or sewing at all for that matter with a machine) I think it come out nice...well I like it....because mine is a "get well soon card" I want it to make fun and colorful and also this card is for this week challenge at TPV

Desde hace tiempo tenia ganas de A L T E R A R una caja de tissue paper ya que ahora vienen en unos disenios muy lindos, flores, muniecos para ninios, circulos etc en fin son muy lindas y llamativas para una vez que estan vacias solo tirarlas a la basura ={ y el tema del blop hop me dio la escusa que necesitaba.

Cuando eramos ninios al final del anio escolar mi mama tenia la costumbre de ayudar a mi hermano y a mi a hacer libretitas o notitas reciclando las hojas que quedaban sin escribir en los cuadernos.... bueno gracias a ella aun conservo la costumbre y aqui debido al correo,trabajo, informes de la escuela se recibe muchoooooooo papel que generalmente solo esta impreso en una cara asi que mucho de eso se lo doy a mis nenes que dibujen pero algunos corto en cuadritos para tenerlo de notitas =)

Bueno pues eso fue lo que me dio la idea para convertir una caja vacia de tissues ( o klenex como algunas lo conocen) en una "cajita para notitas" y como tenia esta floreada con color lila me parecio perfecta como un regalito para mi tia a quien le encanta el lila =)

Como ven lo unico que hize fue cortar un poco de altura , hacerle una ranurita lateral para guardar las notitas, decorarla y L I S T O una cajita para N O T I T A S

Incluso la flor fue hecha con pedacitos de la caja que me sobraron =) ...no les parece una buena idea ....si no has alterado algo te animo a lo hagas.

Y bueno esto no puede ser un blog hop si no tenemos UN PEQUENIO CANDY verdad? Para ganarte este par de sellitos entre otras cositas mas solo tienes que participar en el blog hop y dejarme un comentario.

Hoy les traigo algo diferente gracias al tutorial que Maria del foro "Divas in Recycling" nos ensenio como alterar un tarro vacio de papitas pringles y convertirlo en una alcancia....aunque yo como no necesita alcancia decidi hacelo un porta cintas para mi scraproom =)

Today I have something different thanks to Maria's tutorial at "Divas in Recycling" forum, she teach us how to alter a pringles potatoes chips and make into a piggy bank....I didn't need another one in my house so I made a ribbon holder instead .

Ves esta linda flor doblada pues fue parte del tutorial de Maria me encanta yo la use para cubrir la tapita.

See this cute fold flower, it was part of the tutorial..I love it...I used my for the cover.

Como ven yo hize la ranura a lo vertical para poder poner las cintas y jalar cuando necesite =)

TREE explorer Layout

I hope you girls are enjoying your weekend, either with your family, friends or scrapping a little like me =)

Today I did a layout following this week's sketch at "Sketchy Thursdays" blog and as you can see it has lots of green that's this week challenge at "TPV" make a green project.
Now let me tell you about the tree =) we have a beautiful park along the beach close to home and in the last days of summer 2010 strong winds knock down some trees like this big one =( too bad!!! for us but for Andy a great opportunity to explore =)

There is a new challenge blog call "Let's get Peachy" and they have a super fun challenge call ROLL 'EM you have to go to random.org/ dice and roll 3 dices #one = number of pictures/ #two = number of pattern papers / #three = number of embellishments also there is a twist use color green.

Three pictures ok not bad, two papers doable but only two embellishments that was hard ={ that's why I hand cut a big tree as my main embellishment and it come out great I love it I even put a little bird, owl and squirrel on it .

Espero que esten pasado un lindo fin de semana y lo esten disfrutando mucho ya sea con la familia, amigos o escrapeando un poquito como yo =)

Hoy hice una pagina siguiendo plantilla de esta semana en el blog "Sketchy Thrusdays" y si ven que tiene mucho color verde pues ese es el reto de esta semana en "TPV" hacer un proyecto usando verde. Y ahora les cuento la historia del arbolito =) Estas fotos son de finales del verano pasado , tenemos un parque muy bonita cerca de casa que queda a orilla de la playa y debido a vientos fuertes este arbol bien grande cayo =} que pena!!! para mi pero una gran oportunidad para Andy de explorar =)

Un nuevo blog de retos que se llama "Let's get Peachy" tiene un reto super divertido ir se llama ROLL 'EM y consiste en ir a random.org/ dice y tirar 3 dados el primero es el numero de fotos /segundo numero de papeles / tercero numero de adornos y ademas hay un twist the usar el color verde.

Tres fotos no mal, dos papeles se puede pero solo 2 adornos eso si esta dificil es por eso que decidi hacer un arbolito grandote como adorno principal y me gusto como quedo incluso le puse un pajarito, buho y ardillita.

Me gusto mucho hacer estas tarjetas para valentin con colores no tradicionales y ademas que las hize super rapido. De la hoja "cookie borders strips" corte el de las galletitas en forma de corazon y luego le pegue un cut-out muy parecido con 3D dots una cinta y listo...sencilla paro bonita. I love to make this valentine's cards with no so traditional Valentine's colors and they were quick. From the paper "cookie borders strip" I cut the one with heart shape cookies and start my card from there...a matching cut-out heart glue with 3d dot, ribbon and finish...simple but cute.

Y esta fue la tarjeta para mi esposo...me quedo linda verdad? a pues a mi me encanto y el mas vale =) creo que el papel "chocolate hearts" es mi favorito de todos....con un punch corte 2 tiras para dar la impresion de encaje y luego pegue una cartulina cafe y puse la frase " love you" cortada en mi cricut...un cut up en forma de corazoncito del papel "sugar cookie cup-ups" pegado en 3D . And this was my valentine's card for my DH..cute right? well I like it and he better too =) I think the "chocolate hearts" paper is my favorite of all... I use a punch to make this nice border, cut the word Love you in the cricut....a heart shape in 3D cut-up from the "sugar cookie cup-ups" paper

Y como ya lo saben ando con fiebre de pop ups ja ja ja no podia faltar que mi tarjeta para la persona mas especial en mi vida no le agragara un par de corazoncitos que salgan saltando cuando la abra...me encanta el cafe otro cup-up de la hoja "sugar cookie cut-ups". As you know a have pop-up fever LOL and I card for my other half have to have a pop up in this case a couple of hearts jumping out when he open it...I love the brown one another cut-up from the "sugar cookie cut-ups".

SWEETHEARTS LAYOUT

I mostly scrap pics of my kids... but for this month challenge at "If it's Groovy" we have the challenge call HAVE A HEART and that's the reason I decide to scrap this cute pic of my DH and me. (BTW if you haven't enter the challenge you still got until the end of the month, for the chance to win a fav prize)
Also this week at TPV the challenge is sewing of any kind , my page is perfect for it =)
I have this old collection of valentines paper by K&Company so it was perfect for this LO.... I choose a paper with hearts for my base ......but is a double side paper !!! one purple with little hearts and the other side red with big hearts and keys ....mmm what should I do? I ended up using the purple side which I like better and I roll the paper in the corner so I can show a little bit of the other side too :).
Used some more paper of the same collection to frame my picture. Lately I been into stitching in my projects just a little bit here and there and that's what I did with this LO... a couple the swirl stitches ( it was a little hard try passing a needle thru a pic + beige cardstock + red cardstock + purple cardstock ) for the title I use a a rub-on the word Sweethearts. I really enjoy making this page and scrapping a romantic pic for a change.

Generalmente scrapeo fotos de mis nenes ...pero este mes tenemos como reto en "If it's Groovy" un reto llamado TEN CORAZON y consiste en poner algun corazon en tu pagina por esa razon escogi escrapear un foto con mi querido esposito. (Por cierto si aun no han entrado en el reto las invito que lo hagan por la oportunidad de ganar un gran premio tienen hasta el fin de mes).
Tengo una collecion ya algo vieja de papeles de valentin de K&Company que esta perfecta para esta pagina...coji un papel lleno de corazoncitos como base el unico problema es que era una doble cara y no sabia por cual decirdirme una lila con corazoncitos pequenios y otra roja con llaves y corazones grandes... que hago? bueno a la fnal me decidi por el lila que me gustaba mas y enrolle un poquito en la esquina para mostrar algo de la otra cara tambien :)
Use unos cuantos papeles de la misma coleccion para enmarcar la foto y como ultimamente me ha dado por coser en mis proyectos un poquito por aqui y aca eso es o que hize en esta pagina ....un par de swirls y unas x (pero trata de coser en una foto+cartulina beige+cartulina roja + cartulina lila nada facil) Para el titulo use un rub-on y me gusto escrapear una pagina romantica para variar.
Como las chicas de Piensa Scrap tienen este mes el reto de hacer una pagina con fotos con nuestras parejas , esta pagina va genial con el reto espero les guste =)

Tratando de hacer mas paginas sobre mi ya que casi nunca las hago pero supongo que algun dia tambien me gustara mirar atras y leer mis scrapbooks =) ......Para esta segui la plantilla mensual de un gran blog que acabo de encontrar hace poco "Arful Delight" .

Trying to make more pages about myself which I rarely do but I suppose someday I'll also like to look and read my own scrapbooks =) .... For this page I follow the monthly sketch at "Artful Delight" a great blog that I found not so long ago.

Cuando recien empeze en scrapbook un tiempo me gusto travesuriar con alambre y buscando adornitos para esta pagina me encontre con algunas cositas que habia hecho de alambre y que me habia olvidado completamente entre ellas mi nombre y lo pegue aqui =)

When I just started scrapbooking for a while I was into playing with wire and when i was looking for embellishments for this layout I found a few wire things that I made and completely forgot about it, among then my name which I place it here =)

Una tarjeta de navidad en febrero? eso talvez se estan preguntando pero las chicas de "Sketchy Thursday" quienes estan siendo patrocinadas por "Jingle Belles" nos pusieron este muy original reto de hacer una tarjeta con tema navidenio siguiendo esta plantilla....porque no verdad? Y si ven mi lindo arbolito de navidad pues es para cumplir con el reto tambien navidenio de "Sparkles Forum Christmas Challenge"

Desde que aprendi a hacer las tarjetas pop-up =) todo quiero hacelo pop-up ja ja asi que en esta tarjeta decidi que cuando la abra salga papa noel saltando .

FELIZ DIA DE SAN VALENTIN

Espero esten pasando un muy bonito dia y me las esten mimando mucho :) y que dia mas perfecto para mostrarles este lindo set (cortesia de Ledesma quien nos dio el tutorial en el foro de las Divas)...... verdad que esta precioso? me encanta la bolsita...perfecta para un regalito chiquito.

Hope you are having a nice valentine's day and getting lots of love :) and what a perfect day to show you ths cute valentine's set.... itsn't cute? I love the little bag, perfect for a small present.

Para este set use una colleccion ya algo vieja de K&Company. Primero hice la tarjeta bastante sencilla pero q va muy bien con la bolsita que es super facil y rapida de hacer y como el papel que use era tan bonito no le quize agregar mucha cosa...asi que le puse unas mariposita y un lacito pero algo le faltaba a mi lazito asi que hice una cadenita de piedritas y le agrege...me gusta esta idea la usare mas a menudo y listo la puedes llenar de chocolates, joyas o lo que quieras. Tambiem comparti este set con las chicas de "IF it's groovy".
This set was made using an old collection of paper by K&Company . First a card very simple but made to match this cute tiny bag...which can be fill with chocolates, jewelry or whatever you like. It's really easy to make just take minutes... The paper I used is really nice so I just added a butterfly and a bow...but something was missing the bow look to simple and I decided to make this chain with a few beads and I like it, so I think I be using this idea more often :) ...I also share this set with the girls at "If it's Groovy".

Nuestra amiga Magda de "Axes Designs" hizo estas lindas flores de papel y quizo compartir los tutoriales donde las encontro con nosotros y ademas si las haces puedes tener la oportunidad de entrar en la rifa de nada mas y nada menos que una SLIDE.

Our friend Magda from "Axes Designs" made this beautiful paper flowers and share where she found the tutorials for then and also if you give it a try and make then can get in the chance to win a SLIDE.

Estas son las que yo hize no me quedaron tan cerraditas como el tutorial pero me gustan, trate 4 diferentes clases de papel y colores.

These are the ones I made, they don't look exactly as the one in the tutorial by I like mine, I try 4 different papers and colors.

Esta es la primera que hice y la que mas me gusto, use un papel color lila no muy grueso y la entinte con distress ink antes de doblarla.

This is the first one I made and my favorite, I used a not to thick pp in a lilac color and distress ink before folding it.
Para esta use papel de una revista (era la foto de una cartera)

For this one I use scraps from a magazine (an advertising for a purse)

Esta no me gusto mucho el color y el papel era un poco mas grueso, parece una rosa seca ja ja ja.

i don't like the color of this one , looks like an old rose...paper was thicker.

Y esta es mi otra favorita, tambien hecha con papel de revista y entintada con distress ink.

De regreso a los layouts y este lo hice siguiendo la plantilla #105 del blog "The Scrappiest". Las chicas de "Piensa Scrap" tiene como reto hacer un LO y para el titulo escojer el nombre de alguna cancion :) ......uno de mis cantantes favoritos es Franco Devita y una de las canciones que mas me gusta es TE AMO ...... cuando lei este reto inmediatamente supe que ese era mi titulo!!! y luego me puse a buscar la foto...primero escoji una en la que estaba yo y mi esposo pero luego cuando vi esta que me encanta de mi nene me decidi por esta y pienso que el titulo igual le va bien :)

Back to Layouts and this one I did following sketch # 105 from "The Scrappiest"blog. Not long ago I won a fav collection at TPV and is perfect for this LO, it has cars and I really like the colors.

PINK BIRTHDAY CARD

Feliz fin de semana!!! es domingo en la noche se acabo el Super Bowl , aunque la verdad no me interesa aparte del show de medio tiempo y despues que termino el partido el capitulo de Glee que estuvo muy bueno :)
Antes de irme a dormir quiero enseniarles una tarjeta que hice siguiendo la plantilla #24 de cardAbilities, tarjeta inspirada en la foto que las chicas de "The Paper Variety" nos pusieron para esta semana . Y ademas como es una tarjeta para una quinceaniera quise ponerle el numero 15 en grande ...por cierto el reto de esta semana en OSCC es numeros :)
Happy Weekend!!! is Sunday night, the Super Bowl is over , but I don't really care much for the game , I like the half time show :)

Before going to bed I want to show you a card I did following sketch#24 from cardAbilities, a card inspired by a photo that the girls from "The paper variety" give us this week. Because it is quinceniera (sweet sixteen) card I want it to put the number 15 big...and by the way numbers is this week challenge at OSCC.

Que tal amigas? les muestro algo pequenito que hice ... un ATC super sencilla que la usare para alguna pagina , talvez como journaling pero aun no se por eso no esta escrita :) . Y es para cumplir con el reto #116 de OSCC hacer una ATC . Y ademas en PTW el reto se llama cualquier cosas+ flores.

Hola chicas aqui enseniarles un lindo reglaito de parte de mi amiga ANNA GALA , gracias Anna me sorprendiste :) y como parte del regalito tengo que contarles 3 cosas de mi!!!!
1.- Vivi por mas de un anio en Korea del Sur pero no hablo nada de koreano ja ja ja .
2.- Siempre quize tener solo dos hijos y no antes de los 28 anios :)
3.- Tengo super mala memoria si no lo anoto se me olvida :(

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARD #3

Y la tercera tarjeta del dia..... esta tarjeta me dio algo de trabajo y me demore en ella como nunca porque? queria utilizar el papel de cupcakes y no me decidia con que colores combinarlo asi q corte como 4 circulos en diferentes colores, trate varios papeles, cintas en fin muchas indeciciones ja ja ja pero al final me gusto como quedo, creo que tanto la cinta como el cosido falso de color celeste van muy bien e incluso me gusta el cupocake q hize :). La hize siguiendo el sketch de esta semana en "Paper Take Weekly Challenge" blog.

The third card today and this one give some work and it took a while why? I want it to use the cupcake paper and I couldn't decided which colors to used with it, I cut like 4 circles in different colors, try a couple or paper, ribbons etc.... oh well finally I did it and I like it :) especially how the blue ribbon and fake stitching goes with the rest and I love how my handmade cupcake come up. I did this card following this week sketch at "Paper Take Weekly" blog.*****************************************

Esta pagina la hice siguiendo la plantilla de esta semana en "The paper Variety" una plantilla muy divertida que seguro la voy a usar una y otra vez.

This layout I did it following this week sketch at "The paper Variety" a very fun sketch that for sure I gonna used it again and again.

Y ademas Patty Tanuz nos invito a participar en el reto de Abby de "Scrapbookaholic' que se llama Pink by Design Challenge y consiste en hacer algun proyecto de papel relacionado con el invierno/frio y es por eso que decidi escrapear esta foto de mi nene rodeado de nieve. Aun les queda tiempo ya que el reto termina el 30 de enero.

Our friend Patty Tanuz invited us to participate in a challenge by Abby from "Scrapbookaholic" call Pink by Design Challenge, all you have to do is a paper project with the theme winter/cold and that's why I choose to scrap this pic of my son surrounded by snow. There's still time to participate challenge ends jan 30.

Lo primero que hice fue buscar la foto que queria escraper y luego los papeles pero siempre para fotos relacionadas con nieve termino usando los colores celeste y blanco.... como pueden ver asi que le quize agregar un color fuerte pero q no fuera tan notorio y como en la foto mi nene esta usando una chaqueta roja me decidi por este color y lo puse en varias partes de la pagina pero bien poquito ...me gusto esta combinacion. Para los copos y el munieco de nieve use la cricut y luego le puse brillito blanco.

First I choose the picture that I wanted to scrap then look for papers but for some reason for snow related pics I always ended up with with white and blue... as you can see so I decided to add a color that pops and since my son is wearing a red jacket I choose to put a little bit of red here and there..and i like it. The snowman and snowflakes were cut in my cricut and just add white glitter.

Ya quiero que termine el invierno...nieve todas las semanas :( y mucho frioooooo.......Pero bueno al menos salgo menos y hago mas scrap . Este es mi primer LO como miembro del equipo de disenio para "If it's Groovy" y si recuerdan al principio del mes les conte que el reto para este mes se llamaba crayones y consistian en usar crayones en nuestras paginas, todavia tienen hasta el final del mes para participar.
I want winter to end allready...snow every week :( and so cooooold.... Well at least I don't go out so often and I have more time to scrap. This is my first LO as a DT at "If it's Groovy", remember I told you at the begining of the month about this months challenge call crayons, just use crayons any way you like in your pages, you still have until the and of the month to participated.

Pues yo cuando oi esta palabra enseguida pense en algo colorido y divertido como los crayones , entonces me puse a buscar una foto y encontre esta de de mi ninio el dia de graduacionde su primera escuelita YMCA ..luego escoji los papeles y como algunos tenias estrellas primero coji uno blanco y le dibuje estrellas con crayones y una platilla pero no me gusto asi que lo cambie por un fondo simplemente beige... y me encontre con este die cut en forma de crayola y pense perfecto para mi journaling y eso hice , cortar mas cartulina beige en la forma del crayon y unirlo con un brad para q se pueda abrir y cerrar. Para el titulo use algunos rob-ons de letras y stickers. Me gusta como quedo tiene un poquito de todo.
When I start this Crayola challenge I knew I want to make a fun and colorful LO just like crayolas so I start looking for a school pic or something related and I found this cute pic of my son at graduation day of his TINY tots class at the YMCA .... them I choose some papers in a few colors and because one of the papers had stars I choose a white card stock as a background and color some stars with crayolas but I didn't like it because it was to busy so I ended at using a simple beige card stock......then I found this big crayola die cut and I tougth perfect for make some journaling and that exactly what I did ...just cut some beige card stock in the same shape as the crayola die cut and put it together with a brad so I can open and closet it. For the title I use some alpha rub-on and stickers. I like the way this LO come out...I think it has a little bit of everything :)

MIS NIETOS MA (MY GRANDKIDS MA)

Hola chica como les va ? hace dias que no posteaba nada :( he hecho muchas cositas pero aun no se las puedo enseniar porque son para los DT asi que a visitarme otro dia ) Bueno hoy les quiero mostrar este proyecto que hice para el blog de "If it's groovy" es un MA para mi abuelita, era una idea que tenia desde hace muchooooooooooooo pero no lo habia podido hacer ya que estaba esperando tener las fotos de todos mis primitos (yo soy la mayor) y por mas q les he pedido se olvidaban :( de enviarme asi que imprimi las que tenia y me robe algunas de sus Facebook y solo me faltaron 2 asi que decidi hacer mi albuncito y asi me quedo , lo llame "Mis nietos".
For a while a been wanting to make a little mini album for my grandma just with pics of her grandkids and great grandkids and I been collecting pics of my little cousins (I'm the oldest) for a few months , I was going to wait until I have all their pics but since I been asking and they keep forgetting :( I decided to print the ones I have and stole some from their facebook (ha ha ha) and I realize that I only was missing 2 cousins so I went ahead and did this MA .... I call it "My grandkids"

Super sencillo use un papel doble cara (azul y verde) de 12 x 6 para la base y bolsillo de mi album... que al doblarlo en 3 me quedo un Mini de 6 x 4

Luego le agrege algunas tapitas para colocar las fotos.

Como el papel es bien bonito y texturisado no quieze agregarle muchos adornos, asi que como ven solo unas cuantas flores y maripositas ponchadas un par de fraces y listo.
I start with a 12" x 6" doubleside cardstock (blue and green) as my base so when I folded to make the pocket I got a 6" x 4" MA. Then I just add a few flaps in the inside for the pics and it was ready to decorate it....since the paper is already so pretty I didn't want to add too much stuff ...so I just added a few flowers, some punch butterflies and some embellishments.

SOY LA GANADORA DEL RETO DE ESTA SEMANA!!!
I'M THE WINNER OF THIS WEEK CHALLENGE!!!

Al fin tube tiempo de ponerme a scrapear y que fue lo que hice pues una pagina ( me prometi hacer por lo menos 2 paginas a la semana, a ver si al fin me pongo al dia con mis fotos) siguiendo la plantilla de este mes propuesta por Silsine en el foro de "Divas in Recycling"
Hice esta pagina con fotos de mi nene de hace ya un par de inviernos atras y use estos copitos de nieve en fomi para deorarla y cumplir con el reto de esta semana en el blog "The Paper Variety" y me gusto como quedo super sencilla pero con fotos q lo dicen todo...muy a mi estilo :). Tambien use una fibrita q iba muy deacuerdo con los colores del papel.
Finally I was able to do some scrap, and what did I do? an LO (I promise myself to do at least 2 a week and see if I finally catch up with all my pictures) I did this LO following this month's sketch by Silsine at "Divas in Recycling" forum.
For this page I use 3 pics of my son from 2008 winter and to decorated I used some foam snowflakes which by the way is this week challenge at "The Paper Variety" I really love the result very simple and the pic just say it all... very much my style :) I also use a fiber that match perfectly with the pp.

Esta pagina la hice siguiendo la plantilla de las chicas de "Sketchy Thursdays" in Facebook... unas chicas muy talentosas y con muchas ideas inspirantes...... Pero bueno la pagina la hice para el reto de las chicas del blog "Scrap, Laugh & Love" y cual era el reto ???? hacer un proyecto q tenga como titulo una palabra q represente lo que fue 2010 para ti.

Generalmente no scrapeo paginas donde estoy sola ...creo q esta es la 2da vez q hago un LO de mi (tengo varios de mi sola pero embarazada asi q eso no cuenta ja ja ja) y para mi el 2010 represento saber que soy FELIZ con lo que Dios me a dado asi q decidi q ese era el titulo perfecto :D

But the title and the whole idea for this LO is for this month challenge at "Scrap, Laugh & Love" blog... what was the challenge??? to make project which the title in one word represent 2010.

Usually I don't scrap pics of myself ,this is the 2nd time I think, ( I have I few LOs in which I'm pregnant so they don't count LOL) and for me 2010 ment knowing that I'm HAPPY with what God has giving me... so this was the perfect title :D

Hola chicas despues de varios dias estoy aqui para mostrarles este lindo MA / Cajita de Navidad que hice siguiendoel tutorial de Magda en el foro "Divas in Recycling" . Esta cajita nos puede servir como regalito, para guardar un regalito, galletas , como adorno etc...para lo que ustedes mas le guste........... yo la usare para poner un regalito y como MA con fotos de quien voy a regalar la cajita.
Hey girls after a few days I' m back with this cute MA / X-MAS box that i did following Magda's tutorial at "Divas in Recycling", it can be use as a gift, put a little present in it, decoration, give some cookies or whatever u like...I'llbe using it as a box to put a little present and a MA .
Para decorar la tapita de la caja use simplemente un lindo santa , los filos use una cinta de navidad y un punch de bordes y listo.
To decorated the top of the box I simply used a cute Santa and done...for the borders I used ribbon and a punch. Un acercamiento del santa.

La parte flontal de la cajita use unos rub-on de x-mas y sellos de swirls con pluma blanca encima y billitos.

For the front I use some x-mas rub-ons and a swirl stamp + white pen + glitter.

esta es la parte de adentro de la caja abierta pienso poner las fotos en los cuatro espacios de color cafe y algun journaling o adornito en los rojos y listo...... queria un papel navidenio verde que combinara con mi santa y ninguno de los q tenia me gusto asi que decidi hacer mi propio papel solo coji una cartulina en el verde que queria y con una pluma y regla le traze la cuadrigula luego le puse glitter en las uniones de cada cuadro y listo...me gusto mi papel navidenio :D

this is the inside of the box..I'll put some pics on the brown paper and some journaling or embellishments in the red squares. I wanted a green x-mas cardstock that match my Santa but did'n like any of the ones I have so I decided to make my own...how? easy just choose a cardstock in the green color I like and trace some squares with a pen and ruler the a little bit of glitter in the union of each square and voila!!! a green x-mas paper i like and match my Santa :D

Y hace unos dias le hicimos una pequenia fiestita por su cumpleanios, aqui una foto de nosotros juntos antes de cantarle el FELIZ CUMPLEANIOS
A few days ago we trow her a little party, here a pic of us together rigth before we sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Decidi que como era una reunion pequenia con pocos ninios lo iba hacer todo yo. Desde hace tiempo tenia ganas de hacer un cake de foundant y estoy orgullosa de mostrarles como me quedo mi primer cake de este tipo...fue un cake de 3 chocolates con relleno de dulce de leche y decorado con foundant rosa en 2 tonos, blanco y florcitas.

Because it was a small party with a few kids I decided to make everything myself. For the longest time I want it to make a foundant cake...I very proud showing you my first foundant cake... it was a triple chocolate with dulce de leche (caramel) filling and decorated with 2 tones of pink and white foundant.

Y tambien hice un cupcake especialmente para la cumpleaniera que cordinaba con su pastel.

I also make a special cupcake for the birthday girl to match the cake.

El tema de la fiestita fue de PRINCESA asi que por supuesto no podian faltar los cupcakes de princesa.

The theme of the party was PRINCESS so I make some princess cupcakes.

Hice unas carteritas de papel para las sorpresas , en el frente una corona que tiene el numero 1st y atras un mensaje que dice "gracias por venir a mi fiesta , espero te allas divertido/ con amor/ Princess Mia.
For the favors I made these purses, front: a crown with number 1st and back: a message says " Thanks for coming to my birthday party, hope you had fun/ love/ princess Mia

Tambien hice una cuantas decoraciones y la pinita pero me olvide de tomar fotos :(

Hola las chicas de "Scrap Laugh & Love" nos pusieron como reto de este mes seguir una plantilla y con una plantilla tan bonita como esta no me pude resistir y esta es mi pagina para variar usando una foto de mi nena ja ja ja.

Ultimamente se me ha dado por combinar los colores de la pagina con los de la ropa que mi nena tenga en la foto y esta no es la ecepcion, use los colores, verde , rosa cafe chocolate y blanco con un poquito de celeste para los papeles y para adornitos una rosita bella otro regalo de mi amiga Ledesma y una cinta rosa con un pin de corazoncito otro regalito de Magda.

Hi, the girls from "Scrap, Laugh & Love" blog have a skecth to follow for this month challenge so cute that I couldn't resist it ... here is my LO.

Lately I been choosing the colors for my LO's according to the ones my baby is using in the picture and for this LO I did the same thing. I used green, pink, brown and white with a tiny bit of blue.... for the embellishments a cute rose another gift from my friend Ledesma ... a pink ribbon and cuteeeee hearth pin gifts from my friend Magda.

Y Ademas otro blog de retos que me gusta es "If it's Groovy" y el reto de este mes es usar pajaritos en alguna parte de tu pagina......yo hace tiempo compre estos glitter flocks a la carte de WeRMemories Keepers (algo asi como rub-ons) y queria tratarlos ...tenia un pajarito y bueno aunque no se lo aprecia bien aqui esta en el titulo de mi pagina...en vivo es super que plateado bien bonito... la palabra SWEET son del mismo tipo de aplique. And also another blog of monthly challenges I like is "If its groovy" for this challenge it was ask to used birds somewhere in our LOs.... Wow so many days without posting a thing!!!! well today I want to share a couple of birthday cards I made following Ledesma's tutorials at "Divas in Recycling" forum.
Esta es del turtorial del mes pasado y estaba con muchas ganas de hacerla y al fin tube tiempo, use la jaula de pajaritos (un regalito de Ledesma) como foco principal, la hice para mi tia a quien le gusta el color lila y la combine con blanco y celeste , el resultado me gusto :D
This one is for last month's tutorial and finally I got some free time and did it and I use this cute bird cage (A gift fom my friend Ledesma)as a main embellishment, is for my aunt who likes color lilac. I'm a really like the result of the combination of lilac, white and blue

Hola amiguitas tengo mi blog y scrap un poquitin abandonado :( pero es que he estado muy ocupada y la verdad es que ya casi es el 1er cumpleanios de mi princesita bella y decidimos hacerle un pequenia fiestita........y ya que es pequenia decidi hacer las cosas yo :) asi que eso es lo que esta ocupando mis ratos libres ultimamente.....estoy tomando foto a las cosas que haga y luego se las muestro. Bueno y como no tengo nada que mostrarles que haya hecho les vengo a presumirunos regalitos que recibi ja ja ja
Este me gane por participar en el foro de "Divas in Recycling" siguiendo un sketch para tarjeta que nos puso Ledesma y este fue el lindo premio que ella me envio con muchas cositas extrassssss....esta precioso me encantan los papelitos una coleccion colorida con flores y mariposas.....las cintas....flores...mariposas lindas que siempre veo en los trabajos de Ledesma y que les tenia muchas ganas ......pero lo que mas me facino son las jaulas de pajaritos divinas verdad? es lo primero que voy a usar ja ja ja GRACIAS AMIGAAAAAAA todo esta precioso y gracias por la linda tarjeta tambien. Y este otro mi querida amiga Magda me lo envio hace ya dias ....vieron la tarjeta en el foro pues yo fui la ofortunada que la recibio..hermosa tarjeta Magda...lindos pins y cintas ya pronto los veras en mis trabajitos GRACIAS.

Para las que lo celebran, espero que hayan pasado un bonito y terrorifico HALLOWEEN ..... por mi parte quien lo disfruta mas son mis nenes especialmente Andy...fiesta tras fiesta y muchos caramelos....y debido a esto no he hecho nada de scrap pero les muestro estos cute cupcakes que hice para la fiesta de Halloween en la escuela de Andy... verdad que me quedaron lindos :D

I hope you had a happy and scary HALLOWEEN...in my house my kids are the ones who enjoy most this holiday especially Andy...party party party and lots of candy... and because of this I haven't done much scrap but I did make this cute cupcakes for Andy's school halloween party.... They come out great right?

HALLOWEEN LO (Divas in Reclycling)

Me encanta como me quedo esta Pagina , hice las decoraciones totalmente a mano para que combinaran con las pijamas que Andy esta usando, asi que me tomo algo de tiempo pero el resultado valio la pena :D

Para este LO segui la plantilla propuesta por Pami en el foro "Divas in Recycling" , me desvie un poquito en la posicion de los elementos pero segui el tema HALLOWEEN

I love the way this LO turn out, the embellishment were done by myself to macht the pj's Andy is wearing and it took a little time but I think it was worth it :D

For this LO I followed this months sketch by Pami at "Divas in Recycling" forum, I play around a little bit with it but I keep the halloween theme.

Para hacer esta arania dibuje una exactamente igual a la de la pijama y luego la corte cubri con polvo de glitter negro.(que pena q la foto no ensenie lo billosa que quedo) ojitos y una rallita anaranjada en la panzita la puse sobre un circulo blanco y cosi al rededor para rezaltar un poco mas.

For this spider a draw it ( same as in the pj's) in a black piece of cardstock, cut, put some fine black glitter (To bad that the pic don't show how sprakly it lloks) over, eyes and a little orange line over her belly. To pop up a little more glue it to a white circle and stitchet around.

Igual para el murcileago y esta arania bebe solo que en color anaranjado.

Same steps for the bat and this baby spider but in color orange.

Hola amigas ....aqui sacando tiempo para mostrarles mis ultimos trabajitos :D. Para mi TEXTURARTE es TRANSFORMAR algo simple en algo totalmente diferente...y mi manera de texturar es usando papelitos, adornos, letras osea SCRAPPING.

For mi TEXTURARTE is TRANSFORM something simple ...and what best way to do it than Scrapping.
Para expresarlo mejor he hecho dos trabajitos:
To tell you more about it i have done two proyects:

UNO----> Mi nena BELLA (Pagina de albun o Layout)
ONE----> Mi nene BELLA (LO)
Con este trabajo quiero mostrar como una simple foto puede ser transformada en un lindo LO.
With this I want to show you how a simple pic can be transformed in a nice LO.

Use una cartulina rosa de flores como fondo y para resaltar la foto que es nuestro elemento principal la coloque sobre una catulina turquesa (reciclada del empaque de algo que compre) que junto con unas puntadas de hilo rosa forman el marco perfecto para la foto. Ya que esta lista la foto empezamos a texturizar agregando papeles, bordes, cintas y adornitos. I used a pink cardstock as a base....to put enfacis in our pic I put it over a green cardstock (this was recycle from a package of something ) plus some stitches and a few embellishments .
Cuando realizo una pagina lo hago con la intencion de que en futuro mis nenes vean estos albunes y puedan recordar los lindos momentos de su niniez, y algo que nos ayuda a captar esos detallitos aparte de la foto son los tags de journaling que cuentan un poquito de ese momento, este es un tag doble. What a better way to tell a little more about a pic that some journaling, this is a doble tag.
No pueden faltar pequenios detallitos como un lazo con un colgante en forma de flor que tiene la inicial M.
Y por ultimo algo que no puede faltar al texturizar una pagina es el titulo en este caso Mi nena BELLA dando enfacis a la palabra BELLA en 3D. And of course the title is a very important part of our LO, here to pop up a little more in 3D.
Y es asi como al ir agregando textura a una foto la TRANSFORMAMOS en un lindo LAYOUT. Hace mucho que no hacia una pagina sin seguir una plantilla y para este candy decidi hacerlo, debo confesar que me encanto el resultado. I haven't make an LO without following a sketch in a long time...this time I did it and I love tha way it come out.

DOS----> CAJITA DE REGALO CON CHOCOLATES

Otra forma de mostrar que se me viene a la cabeza cuando oigo la palabra TEXTURARTE es mostrarles como una hoja de cartulina 12 x 12 puede TRANSFORMARSE en un regalito.
Another way to answer this question is showing how a 12 x 12 cardstock can be made into a little gift box in lest than 5 minutes.Simplemente siguiendo una plantilla en menos de 5 minutos podemos tener una cajita lista para texturizar a nuestro gusto y para la ocasion que necesitemos ya sea para poner un pequenio regalo o unos cuantos chocolatitos.

Y por supuestro la frase y los adornitos que complementan nuestro cajita.

TRABAJOS 'DIVAS IN RECYCLING'

Como les va? espero que super bien.....por aca con un poquito de frio y lluvia (Otonio esta aqui no hay como negarlo )...hoy les traigo algunos trabajitos que tenia pendientes del mes de Septiembre para el foro "Divas in Recycling" (si aun no eres miembro te invito a que te hagas es, un foro super que activo, lleno de muchas actividades y un gran equipo de disenio)
PRIMERO:
En el grupo de Tarjetas Magda nos puso una foto muy linda de inspiracion con unos lindo colores , para realizar una tarjeta...aqui mi inspiracion :)

SEGUNDO:

En el grupo de Tutoriales y crops online, Chris no ensenio a hacer esta linda cajita en forma de corazon....y no estoy adelantada, se que falta mucho para san valentin ....pero al ver un corazon dije porque no un detallito para mi querido...la florcita esta hecha de varios corazones con un corazon con cerradura en la mitad y la llave colgando ...a que no se ve tan romantica mi cajita ja ja ja.

TERCERO:
EN el mismo grupo de Tutoriales y crops online, Magda nos ensenio a hacer florcitas de tela en diferentes formas, lamentablemente yo no tenia muchas opciones en tela para las flores asi que use tull y cinta que era lo que tenia a la mano...son super facil de hacer por cierto.
Y POR ULTIMO: Me encantan los monios (binchas, lazos ) en las nenas super que grandes...asi que ya que estaba haciendo flores decidi hacer esta de tull para mi princesa.
